Well, where’s the fun in making things complicated?

We’ve introduced a clearer structure, arranged your charges in easy drop down lists and added optional ways to get more information on sections – so it’s even easier to see what you’re spending.


Get to know your new look eBill below:

Want more info on a charge or section? Just click on the links in your bill.		To see an expanded list, just click on the arrow.		Want to see more or less detail in a section? Just click the arrows.

Scroll between pages of itemised costs by clicking on the arrows.		Prefer to see everything on one page? Just click 'Show all'.		Use the filter buttons to sort how itemised costs appear.

We'll always show your latest bill first. But if you'd like to see an older bill, click on 'Select a bill'.		To see a basic version of your bill, click View PDF. You can save and print a copy, too.		Want to personalise your eBill? Click on any of your dialled numbers to add a name to that number.
